The example would be that the Fool shows where you are beginning something new and are unsure where this direction may lead but you have a compelling energy to begin. The Hanged Man shows where you are feeling trapped by your circumstances and where your beliefs stop you from going forward. The Death card does not always mean death. Most do not know that one of the greatest researchers of Palmistry was Comte C. de Saint Germain, from France. He wrote one of the most extensive series of books on the subject and some excerpts are still sold in book form today. To him, there was scientific proof to back up knowing how to translate palms.
